A VISIT TO GRACE CHURCH, MOLOKA'I
Here are a few things that may be helpful as you plan your visit to Grace
Episcopal Church.
How do we find the church?
2210 Farrington Highway at Lei Kukui in Ho'olehua
Visiting Grace Church for the first time
Visitors are especially welcome at Grace Church, as indicated
by "The Episcopal Church Welcomes You" and "Member
of the Anglican Communion" signs within the red frame on
our front lawn, between the two monkeypod trees. The parking lot
is on the east side of the building, and the main entrance is
on either side of the south facing bell tower facing the street.
Help yourself to the prayer list handout. In the pew you will
find a copy of the Bible, marked with the day's lessons, the Book
of Common Prayer, and a song book. Page numbers for songs are
on the wall boards and are announced, so we don't get lost!
What time should we arrive?
If you are planning to visit for the Sunday morning worship service,
we celebrate the Holy Eucharist at 10:00 a.m. every Sunday. On
the last Sunday of the month we also have a 7:30 a.m. Rite I traditional
Eucharist without music. You will want to arrive early enough
for us to greet and welcome you, and give you any assistance you
may require. Our worship is usually over by 11:20 a.m. and we
welcome you to join us for lunch in the parish hall so that we
may get to know you. Our youth join us for workship and then head
off to Sunday school (infants through high school) as we prepare
to hear the Word. We are reunited in time for communion. Ask about
our current adult studies during the week. We hope you will join
us as we share the Lord together.
